I want palate expander for forward growth + improved nose but I have a 10 tooth smile and people have said not to. Look at brooke shields though. Who cares if I have a wide jaw as long as you fog

a palate expander isn't going to give you "forward growth" not sure where you heard that from.
 
i feel like ur looking into too many surgery procedures right now
maybe focus on soft maxxing or easier things?
i mean ur only 15
I don't think I'll reach above htb and unless I'm stacylite it won't feel like enough to me which sounds stupid

most surgeons wont even preform on a minor - keep that in mind or learn the hard way
try not to fix everything with surgery, natural or serums can go a long way
