I want palate expander for forward growth + improved nose but I have a 10 tooth smile and people have said not to. Look at brooke shields though. Who cares if I have a wide jaw as long as you fog

a palate expander isn't going to give you "forward growth" not sure where you heard that from.

most surgeons wont even preform on a minor - keep that in mind or learn the hard way
try not to fix everything with surgery, natural or serums can go a long way

I won't get surgery untill atleast 18 if I even do do it

No you don’t need one, your maxilla is fine from what I’ve seen. Only concern really is your chin which might change with age.
