i do agree with like almost everrything he says but some of his takes on women are really off putting to me obvi because i am a woman

True I understand but it depends on the context around it for example. People are allowed free speech but it wouldn’t necessarily be okay to say one thing that could be viewed as bad

thats not true it is okay to say "one thing that could be viewed as bad" BECAUSE people are allowed free speech
there is no such thing as "good" or "bad" political opinions, it jsut depends what your morals are based on
Nick's views are based on his religion,and while he might say some things that contradict that, he is entitled to interpreting the religious text he follows as he pleases
if that wasn't the case, the bible wouldnt be written the way it is
anyway thats not the issue here
the issue is your ignorance and unwillingness to have an open mind on politics because of your predisposed notion that his views are "bad"
it doesnt matter if theyre bad, it matters that you understand his intention, as well as the intention of the opposing party and then can freely decide where you fall
if you refuse to give merit to conservatism you are not freely choosing your stance

I can actually have a debate at undergraduate level in terms of politics but cba and most people here are too young

Completely respect your viewpoint here, my issue is that most of my circle is liberal and not conservative at all so I’m biased that way because I don’t have any friends on the right

its important to diversify who you hang out with
if all of your friends are liberals you are extremely biased

I would love to have a debate but not if youve only been exposed to liberal views
esp since youre a grown woman i dont think its appropriate to deny yourself an individual viewpoint by refusing to listen to right-wing politicians and political commentary
i spend a lot of time researching politics and current events, watching debates, etc and its SO important to hear both sides
and i dont mean just nick fuentes
there are a lot more moderate republicans worth listening to on youtube or podcasts theyre easy to find

its also crazy that liberals are the ones who preach diversity but refuse to acknowledge those with differing beliefs than them
pls try to make friends with people who arent extremely left leaning aswell as your current friends
i dont believe you are truly free, not to say that i am either we are all biased but genuine diversity can help you overcome that as much as possible

Okay so the thing is I did understand some centrist and right wing views, but during university if I wasn’t liberal it would be extremely difficult for me to make friends and so I had all my social media content towards that so I think most people are leftist anyway

100% I know someone who is pro Russia and he said why are you listening to mainstream media, I said where else would I go?? We never really spoke about our political views as I support Ukraine but I don’t know what he listens to
