It was the 4% one cuz my skin is really sensitive
I used it twice a day sometimes (evening n day) , cuz it really sunny n humid where I live
wet ur skin first, apply a small amount of it to ur skin, massage it, n let it sit for like 2 minutes n then rinse it off n make sure to moisturize after
