Parent's got in an arguement with neighbors

Our neighbor threw trash in our yard without our permission, problem is is that some of the trash is ours but a huge chunk of it wasn't. My mom is ghetto but is the 2nd richest in our family.


The lady who did it is a 71 year old who lifted up the trash I offered to help and asked my mom if I could pay so the trash can be in a junkyard. IDK who's in the wrong because some of the trash was ares but it was misc items like bottles and a tennisball the rest we're not sure is ours
