I put one mono screw thread from my Supratip up around 60% of my nose bridge only. Because I’m aiming for kind of a upturned nose so in the next few days inflammation will hopefully recover good, collagen will hopefully be built up and the thread should give us a mild amount of more volume on the nose bridge especially near the tip. Tomorrow I’ll probably put in more. DIY cantho coming soon.

My nose wasn’t that droopy it was very straight it’s just that my nasal inclination wasn’t that steep foward. I didn’t take pictures that tracked my progress for example just before and after.

I mean from the video above on tiktok the tip seems to go downward a bit not a dorsal hump of course (I'd assume it was more prominent when you smiled for example) but in the pic right after that the angle the columella makes with the philtrum (forgot what this was called explicitly maybe what you mentioned nasal inclination) increased a fair bit (more obtuse I think) giving a more upturned/straight nasal tip appearance. lmk if this is wrong by any means btw just want to understand the changes explicitly.

Yes but generally speaking the filter I had on in this pic did a bad job at outlining my face. I don’t deny that my Supratip is more lifted and my columella has lost volume and gained a higher position. But the columella should always be slightly lower than the alars to prevent you from having that John pork nose.
