Breathing through your nose is a good habit overall though, is it not? It won't ascend you though.

I heard oral minoxidil is dangerous but topical is fine.

And Gua Sha has minimal, temporary effects.

You should listen to me by the way, I have a 145+ iq according to some random online website.

i remember that. all i remember saying though is that it will temporarily inflame that area but it doesnt work permanently. i was disagreeing that it worked though. but maybe even that part i said was wrong too

All good, even for frauding with the swelling it’s shit apparently since it makes coloured bumps on your face on top of the asymmetry. I don’t blame any kid for believing it because I too was thinking about doing it 2 years ago.

It's interesting that my advocating for natural methods instead of chemicals with side effects bothers you so much. You won't get anywhere by ridiculing scientifically proven methods
You can mind your own business, and have a good time on the forums

oh yeah i just thought at the time you were saying it didnt even do anything as in no swelling either

it is bad and i wouldnt want to unintentionally recommend that. it does cause bruising and asymmetry.
