Do you think high rates of malocclusion in British people has to do with soft food diet?
genuinely yeah tbh i just got lucky cuz i chewed plastic all puberty or id be recessed as fuck 😅

Common sense plus it’s been proven, do you think humans were eating beans and peas in the ice age?
no they were often eating animals snout to tail, eating things like adrenal glands and bone marrow. and when hunts were unsuccessful they'd exploit the fibrous storage organs of plants like wild cassava. or if geography allowed it, they'd exploit fatty plant foods like coconuts or mongongos.

Yes I know they are fruit but i didn’t know about the first thing that’s really interesting but doubt that was even close to the amounts of meat they ate

n***a most of the world did not have access to cassava, coconuts and mangoes during the ice age, they only grew in specific regions

the fruits back than, aside from things like certain berries, were smaller and starchier and seedier.

that's what i fucking said. the norm was animals with tubers as fallback. but its also good to know that in certain regions populations could get a large portion of calories from neither
