I don't know this person so I can't say for sure, but a lot of 'before' and 'after' photos is normally like photos of the person when they were young and then the after is after they've already aged a bit. I prefer the first image but I don't know the time differences between the two images. I think I prefer the thinner lips and flatter cheeks in the first one.
