I've seen lots of people look the same after their "glow up" but it's just a haircut and mascara, there's nohing wrong w that but u gotta improve the base to fix ur appeal.

or for example short eyelashes (female or male), u can curl them or apply castor oil and try to improve them, or u can get extensions and call it a day
