The worst is that I actually thought about leaving her the second time it happened to me because that's kind of a deal breaker but at the same time I didn't want to leave her when mentally she was struggling. Well that was until she blindsided me 4 days later and didn't even bother checking on me

This is a little how it happened to me
I knew it was manipulation but I also knew they were not completely well so I honestly thought they were serious🙂
I don’t mind though that’s practically ancient history now
I think you will get to this stage soon

You gaslighted me first by bringing stuff I quite frankly don't remember and that you have never brought up from 2 weeks ago and you gaslighted me by saying you didn't share our PMs to your friends and tried to make it seem like I was crazy just to admit you actually did. And not taking accountability or acknowledging the fucked up things you've done that hurt me deeply and trying to help a past partner you dumped with no consideration for their mental health while they helped you at your lowest is not incompatible with showing disinterest.

As for the gaslighting, is it in this ss? Cause other than a bit rude and second hand embarrassment it looks normal to me but I am also like lowk avoidant and shi so I think I have a skewed view

Yeah because I expressed that the way she's treating me is not right, she refuses to acknowledge things while I admit what I've done wrong when what she did was easily way worse but at least I learned.
