We all know that one guy that’s in the gym 2-3 times in the gym but makes no progress

It’s all about weight loss or weight gain

If you’re fat then lose weight

If you’re lean then gain weight

The issue with these people is that they don’t understand how muscle gain works. You can work as hard as you want but if you’re 60kg and not gaining weight then you will never gonna be muscular. You can’t body recomp your way to 80kg. That’s not how it works

Same thing goes for fatties. You’re not gonna recomp your way to 12% body fat.

A gym goers default mode should be lean gaining with minimal fat gain. You should only cut fast and hard before the summer. Through the year if you have gained more fat than you can loose in 2 months you did something wrong.

If you’re fat then cut down to 10-12% body fat and get up to 15% max before you cut down to 10-12% again

gain no more than 1-2kg a year. The better your muscle gaining ability, the more you should aim to gain. This depends on your genes, roids, training, diet etc

Dnr 🥰

tbh most “dirty bulkers” just lose all progress when they go into the calorie deficit to get shredded, it’s so retarded that ppl still do this without elite genetics lol
