When u workout or do sprints, there is an increase in blood testosterone level for an hour. Testosterone is being stored in the testicle and adrenal glands before it’s released. When u workout or sprint, ur testicles are being forced to produce more testosterone and hence blood testosterone increases, this increase in test and growth hormone is temporary and it being used for recovery only.
If u really wanna increase ur testosterone and hgh, fix ur diet and don’t fear the sun.
