I don't see in any way how it's not environmental, of course intelligence can play a small role in things like humour and emotional intelligence, but humour can't be fully fledged out without the right environment (knowing your audience, knowing the culture.) If you lack morals you'll use your enotional intelligence to manipulate others rather than help them.
Personality changes too much in life to be mostly genetic.
