Starting point 83kg-183lbs bloatlord in december 2024, lost weight due to stress, skipped the gym for 10 months. In September I was down to 59kg-130lbs, second time I lose weight due to stress but the first time was from something like 67kg max down to 56kg

I told chatgpt I wanted to prioritize arms, and neck after some back and forth, he said that i'm genetically gifted and set up for big arms and due to my wide clavicles, thus I can ignore back training, he gave me a very simple training plan.

I still do some weighted chin ups and some training for one arm chin ups.

This me in october, first week of gym after not doing anything for so long, used to push twice that weight when I was heavier and the only reason I still managed 42.5kg was because I did heavy blue collar labor.

Everything below is from today, tripled my arm strength, chest and back only advanged a little bit but gained back significant weight, back to 65kg-143lbs

Been training with my brother too, and hes made some gains as well, his bicep curl doubled in the last month and has visible abs for the first time in his life, but his only 16.

Today was a fullbody arm focused day, tomorrow will be an arm only day

I was thinking about hormones, for sexual health cause age is catching up but I'm broke so we rawdogging life
Yea feel you, i spent all my money on hormones to ascend and i did, but now Im almost homeless
