piercing scar

i was drunk and pierced my nose a few years ago, i took it out a while after but idk how to get rid of this fuckass scar.. If there is a way to remove it, how do I do it?

If it was in the nose, a zone very rich in carthilage then it is going to take a lot of time. Years basically.

But you can always cover it up with makeup.
