piercings question

When I was young I always wanted facial piercings for a while, I currently have one but I usually hide it a lot. I've been considering other ones that I've wanted for a while (specifically two of them but Id like to choose only one) could someone explain the science to me of how they make you less attractive? Maybe Im wording this wrong, but I basically just wanna know why people actually hate facial piercings so much, or at least a majority of people do?

wasn’t that bad tbh some minor bruising

i got lots of compliments on it, but anyone over the age of 25 asked what the fuck was in my face

i think the eyebrow would be pretty tame but the anti fangs would def niche you down a lot
