Ever since you were a kid your parents, teachers, friends told you that the universe is infinite. It never ends, no matter how far you go. Therefore, there is an unlimited amount of universes and possibilities. Out there, is a version of me who chose to not write this thread, even a version that doesn’t know about this forum.
You probably knew this by now, it shouldn’t be something new.
Every White dot you see in this image, is a version of you. Where are the dots you may ask? Well they exist, but they’re too small to notice/observe. You exist, but you’re just another strand of hair on a wig with infinite strands.there are other strands, some similar to you, some completely different, and some who are an identical copy of you.You are exactly 10^(10^118) light years away from another version of you, and the number is even crazier for an exact version of you (lived exactly what you did, had the same thoughts as you, and will have the same fate)
Now, let’s say the Red Dots are a stupid occurrence in your life. Still can’t see them?they also exist, but they’re a million times smaller than the white dots. The read dots can be that someone on this forum upset you and you spent your whole day arguing with them, maybe someone called you a slur or just maybe you fell for someone’s ragebait.
Just think about how stupid that sounds. You exist in this massive world that is incomprehensible, and you choose to argue with someone, just as small as you, in this exact moment in time. It’s like 2 ants fighting for a breadcrumb that doesn’t exist.
There are 2 main ways you can go about this:
1. You try giving life a meaning, make this an universe where you succeed.
2. You don’t care because it doesn’t matter. There is a version where you did what you wanted to, and you’re too lazy to make it here, in this body.
I also make this mistake, which is even worse since Im aware of this.
My point is, that there is so much to this world, yet you choose to only focus on such a small part. Explore, try to discover stuff, make your small life something big
