what do i do for clear skin my skin is dry and i get acne easily
I would explain more if you ask

Well for basic skin care I would assume you're a girl so I would recommend Double Cleansing

This would be an oil based and a regular cleanser

I would use the oil based to wash off make up

Then regular cleanser

Since you have Dry / Dehydrated skin I would recommend

Combine Beauty of Joseon Radiance Cleansing Balm with Round Lab 1025 Dokdo Cleanser

For moisturer/ treatment of the dryness

I would recommend using products with

For Humectants (moisture)

Glycerin, Hyaluronic Acid, Beta-Glucan, Panthenol, Polyglutamic Acid

For Emollients (skin barrier)

Ceramides, Squalane

I like the Aestura Atobarrier365 Cream

As for acne

Tazarotene and accutane are your best bet

Tazarotene start at 0.5 thin layer to clean, dry skin, usually once eod then titrate up to 0.1%

Accutane

Usually 0.5mg/kg starting dose but can go up too 2mg/kg depends on how severity and how your body handles sides.

I would recommend getting blood work because accutane is liver toxic

Liver Function Tests take it pre and post just incase you have a pre existing liver issue

Also make sure your not pregnant lol

For the liver toxicity (these are supplements)

Alpha-Lipoic Acid (ALA) I would personally take 600mg

TUDCA 500ng

Nac 1200mg

Oh yea don't take vitamin a don't want to get vitamin a toxicity this include carotinoids example Beta-Carotene

For the side effects

You should note most of these are rare

Highly recommend accutane tho

Would you like me to explain further

For the hypergimentation I would recommend

Hydroquinone 4-6% spot treatment

Tip
If you experience any dryness/ irritation I would use Tacrolimus or Opzelura

Where sunscreen SPF+++ bla bla etc

Sourcing for Hydroquinone, Tazarotene accutane, Tacrolimus, Opzelura. I have more just let me know or DM

Not even remotely true. If you do even an hour of research you'll figure out a good routine and what diet is needed. It's also way cheaper than accutane
Isotret is dirt cheap off places like india mart, don't cope with prescription pricing

Like I said moisturiser can not be used as a permanent replacement for sebum at this level, it'll just clog pores. Doesn't matter how light weight it is.
You're acting as if you know op on a face-to-face basis, and it won't clog your pores what are you talking about, how much moisturizer do you think they'd be using?

This is all still slop

Diet sodas are highly inflammatory, same with fast digesting carbs like fruit, milk is horrible for acne because it's estrogenic especially soy milk.
No it's not? Cows milk & soy milk aren't estrogenic, no study's indicate this. The only ones people use to hate on soy are retarded animal models where they shuv soy down their throat 24/7, it's harmless for humans

Ah yes op should 100% take accutane when they have already dry skin

None of you know what youre talking about and it makes me cage
Not an issue with other stuff wait I just realised I forgot to add. Orther things to my response

Long term it's 100% more expensive. Each product should last you 6 months+ atleast

Dude you're clearly clueless I bet you've never had acne in your life

Ig bro

Had mild acne from shitty diet,
Exactly g
Why's this always peoples response with soy, just no evidence to back up your claims, look at any analysis on soy
YOU made the claim soy isn't estrogenic meaning you're the one who has to support their claims

Even if it wasn't, milk is still proven to correlate to acne

Exactly g
Still eating what i want with no skin sides

What's this logic, you're the one who said it is estrogenic? there's nothing to show it does, i don;t need to ask you for any studys because there are none. Just mindlessly repeating what you've heard on tiktok

Is There a Soy Milk–Estrogen Connection? https://share.google/DuIBLtPspFIEoGu5K:
Because soy isoflavones act similarly to estrogen within the body, they’re sometimes credited with easing the symptoms of menopause. However, the American Heart AssociationTrusted Source states that this effect is somewhat unlikely.

Tldr there's no common consensus on whether soy is actually estrogenic, but anecdotal evidence seems to point towards it being a possibility.
