can anyone give me any softmx tips to fix this? i'm not sure if thumbpulling rlly works cz im afraid it'll ruin my nose which i already hate. im wearing braces rn to fix my underbite, but im not sure if that'll do. im desperate !!

Surgery.
 
thumbpulling works but not the one where u press against the premaxilla

There ain't no way in gods earth you could fix your "recessed maxilla" with basic softmaxxes, it's either surgery or your can cope with it and improve your other features.

Caging at the fact that you're thumb pulling and thinking it'll do something 😂😂
 
Get a MARPE if you can, users from other forums have claimed it helped their maxilla, so you could give it a try
