Cats and dogs see u as a leader in a way since u raised them since birth but if u act like a bitch they are gonna assume that leadership and that means if u piss them off they will be the ones to bite u

Unironically that unc u saw as a kid playing aggressively with his dog was right since animals aren’t fragile like humans that’s how they play amongst themselves it’s not hurting them

Giving up a part of ur own house cause ur pet is there might as well be telling them ur their bitch

Doesn’t mean u need to be aggressive with ur cat all the time but as long as u set boundaries and aren’t letting it step all over u then it’ll be good
