i have adhd n i agree w u, i barely tell ppl and if i do speak it ab it its not like i make it out to be my whole life

Literally. My lil brother is diagnosed autistic yet I act more ND than him. He never even brings it up in conversation ever.

Well, it's kind of hard not to. Nearly every decision I take is related to my OCD. From big decisions like what kind of job I want to work to small decisions. Such as the stuff that I buy, what clothes I wear, how I'm paying for things. And this is after overcoming like, 90% of my OCD. The other 10% is never going to leave.
