- Altering an Existing Prescription
- Changing the dosage, quantity, or drug name on a legitimate script

- Blank Prescription Pads
- Buying or taking pads from clinics or hospitals to write unauthorized prescriptions

- Using someone else’s prescription
- Filling a prescription written for someone else and using it personally
- Method; ( Make friends with anyone Obese, Disabled, & or Injured )
- Using Fake Patient info
- Creating false identities to match forged prescriptions for pickup.
