I've been seeing people a lot hating on what theyd call "pretty people humour" but in my experiences more popular people are actually funnier hence why they are popular. People hate on this because they're coping that no one finds their trauma dark humour jokes funny about why they're insecure. More popular people are charismatic causing them to have friends so in addition they are also funnier.

Moreover with "pretty people humour" specifically pretty people are more likely to become popular in schools/ social hierarchies or settings (most of the time) causing them to be more cable at speaking to different groups of people, allowing them to become funny/funnier.

People who have no friends are far less likely to actually be funny because they most likely understand less social cues and how to talk to other people in a way that would make them laugh.

yes popular and pretty girl humour can be used interchangeably
i believe its more referring to the lack of individuality possessed by the popular girls because yes they are more attractive than others however they all act in a similar manner often being dumb and materialistic
therefore i think the jokes are unfunny because they are repeated greatly since popular girls lack individual personality

In my experience the most popular/pretty girls in my old school all had their own distinct personalities people just group them together because they do not know them and form prejudge on them based on their social standing. They do actually have individuality it's more the case they probably look similar.

gotta disagree though, good looking people dont need to be funnier bc they are already always in the spotlight, one girl in my school is the best example, she dont have no personality except being good at school but still is popular, thats why some ugly/averege looking people develop the skill to be funny to be in the spotlight, some go the edgy teenager route some go the normal route, but in my experience good looking people are often unfunier.

Many kids who aren’t attractive have to compensate for their looks by having a funny or kind personality (water). And just like u said, some high inhib people compensate by being subservient sometimes because they’re too insecure and don’t want people to dislike them. But the “pretty people” on the other hand are usually low inhib and don’t deal with that.
