And vast more as well as consultation from the original person who created the doc. (Not Me)
Years ago i injured my spine Lifting, Still unable to lift i found myself becoming involved with looksmaxxing doing what i can. This document is one of the many things ive essentially "acquired" from my time heavily influenced in bodybuilding which i can now apply to this almost uniformly. I wont say who specifically gave me access to this, I don't want to start disputes but its someone i trust. He was previously Research Chem Sponsored before their abrupt closing and i believe has sources up to par now with such then i would assume.
