Your hair is very good, try and maintain it, you’re a perfectly healthy body weight but it wouldn’t hurt to be lightly leaner but not lean enough to effect growth. I would advise trying to reduce puffiness of cheeks it’s crucial to limit sugars and refined carbs as well as alcohol, and caffeine, maintain good hydration and reduce your sodium intake (salt). Confidence comes quickly when you are doing the right things. Go to the gym 4-5 times a week some supplements may inflame spots so choose carefully and a huge piece of advice is to make sure you sleep well for 8-10 hours a day

Appreciate it thank you
Haven't been drinking at all, usually just have a water and soda and then salt normally once a day and sleep 5-6ish hours a day so i know i can work on that as well as the diet I eat pretty healthy but could work on it
