Pros:
Cartoonishly small waist
Perma body halo
Cons:
Copd
Can't take a full breath ever
Constant cough like being sick
Little to no appetite bc of messed up insides
Flared ribs
Days where cough flairs to a point of coughing blood
This is not to shoo away anyone interested in waist training, just a warning, im glad i have a nice body and all while having like no hip genes but i cant do any sports or fun shit other ppl do rlly
