How do we know if we are in puberty, completed puberty, or puberty has not completed yet?

I know some basic things like:

Pre puberty is no facial definition, no face hair, and your skin is super smooth because skin is youthfulness

During is your face gets redder, your face might grow acne, your face gets facial hair depending on genes, you start to grow some facial structure

Post is less acne and defined facial structure

How much does puberty increase your PSL and your looks rating?

use the tanner scale

it wont benefit you much if ur malnourished and have bad genes
Ok thanks

My other question is what is the range of facial symmetry that is considered normal
