When does puberty generally end and how can we prolong the time in puberty longer?

puberty depends on your genetics, gender, and environmental factors
you can prolong it by having a healthy lifestyle and taking medications/HRT

Usually puberty starts at around 12 and goes into your early 20s, this seems like way longer than you think but truthfully while the biggest effects of puberty usually happen to people in their early to late teens, it is still happening until up to I think 25, that being said at that point it’s not doing nearly as much

This is why a lot of people see rapid leaning out in their face in the mid 20s, this signifies the end of adolescence and your body no longer needing all that baby fat
