Is it worth to get braces? How it will work at my bones if im have wide maxilla and jaw?
Would it be better if I put braces along with an expansion appliance on my upper and lower jaw?

Braces cuck your palate and if you need bands, then your jaw will be cucked too. I personally wish my parents gave me a better diet instead of putting me on braces at 11.

This pic pretty much explains it. Go for an expansion, don't get any teeth removed, chew hard nutrient-dense foods if you're still in your puberty.

Unless your teeth are awful. Otherwise, have proper tongue posture while developing and eat properly.

What if I put jaw expanders on my upper and lower jaw with an arch? I think it would widen my bones but keep my teeth apart and make them flatter??
