Question about ovulation symptoms

Does anyone else get awful cramps around ovulation? Nothing I try seems to help, they're even worse than the cramps I get during my period. They'll normally last for an hour or so and it's even hard to stand sometimes. They'll show up for a day or so and then go away.

Yeah mine are bad for like days 1 and 2 but then they're okay

Ovulation cramps are like 150% of the pain though and no matter what I change it doesn't help

are you on the pill? i take a combo pill and it's decreased my cramps by about 60%, especially when i used to get cramps when ovulation too

Nah I'm not sexually active and I don't have horrible period pain so it's not really worth it for me. My mom also was like psycho on birth control so I'm worried I inherited that, I don't wanna try it

You gotta study the moon g, it's the method. You'll understand the science behind your period. First wait till a full moon, during a full moon your hormones are at there peak. (You have to save your period blood before this) Secondly, Rub the period blood all over yourself and find a random flower outside and turn it into tea.
