are there hard requirements for each level or is it just based off mod/admin discretion
There aren't really solid requirements, just based of quantity of high quality content & if a person is known for their contributions

It's unlikely someone would get Tier 3 without posting consistently good guides for months, but Tier 1 is pretty easy to get
It's the thing I'm never getting mate, its filled with agenda but it's alr
The requirements for Tier 1 are easy to get, if you post a few original looksmaxxing threads you'll get it like any other member

One day, is the amphetamine one original enough?

From what i understood it's rn based on the quality of your threads about looksmaxxing (not off-topic), if it reached must-reads etc @Orka ?
Yes, should I make a grading rubric?

Good enough, alr ima apply mate

Yes, should I make a grading rubric
That would help the process a lot
It would save a user trying to get lvl3 from sending you every guide he or she made, every time they make one to see if they meet the standards yet.
