3. It’s very restrictive. Imagine being at your best mates wedding, and you can’t eat the cake because you can’t go over your carb limit for the day. It’s mentally taxxing.

thanks for sharing and im happy you lost fatbeen on 'keto' since late september, not worth it if dont have willpower, very mentally taxxing, and not needed, just eat less shit and prioritise animal products and have the occasional sweet treat, i did lose alott of fat (15kg/33lbs) in 4-5 months but u feel super weird and derealised

i wouldnt eat alot, just omad of muscle meat, eggs, and sometimes organs depending if i have it in my fridge, and it wouldnt be a big meal, this is a mistake, as no carb + barely any food in general just destroys your hormones. and im my case i'd be taking 1g of caffeine and alot of nic (DONT DO THIS) and 21+ hour fasts which just fucks you up, i did this consistently for about 3-4 months and i had to quit as my testosterone is now gone, i have no libido, i can't get hard from porn or sex, my emotions are muted, i constantly feel derealised and just sick, atleast i have hollow cheeks lol, dont do what i did, im still trying to recover, just do a calorie deficit
