I started working out like 3 months ago. Why do I only want to work out chest, arms, shoulders?? I’m tall so my legs are very skinny 💔

realistically you have to train the parts you dont like, if you pick and choose ur progress wont be as good

I had a really interesting solution for this myself because I do ts too.
Take one body part that you love to hit and put it with legs, if you skip legs then you skip that too.
I kept shoulders with legs and it makes me wanna go then
