How do I bulk properly???
Im still trying to gain for my bf and I cant stop losing
I've literally been eating 4 home-cooked protein efficient meals a day and im losing help
I've always had a problem with only ever gaining no matter what and then one day it just all dropped and I cant gain
I was 132 on Friday and now im 125 again???

Seems like you have a fast metabolism. You'll need to hop on mass gaining protein powder and eat more than what you're already eating, maybe be less active

I literally go weeks without even getting out of bed lol im not active at all
And slow metabolism runs in my family + im 1 year recovered ana so its extra slow
