First, a little background. I am 19M, 6’4, and 175lbs (lanky build). I have been going to the gym for about 5 months and have practically no appetite (hence the 6’4 175). I am looking for advice for a few different things.
Firstly, skin. I have a ton of issues with my skin. I have eczema that I take Dupixent for which works decently but still isn’t great. I have rosacea and dry skin patches on my face and acne here and there though it’s not bad. I currently just use a face wash and moisturizer. My new plan for skin care is Cerave non foaming cleanser morning and night, Illiyoon Ceramide moisturizer morning and night, retinol nightly, and vitamin c serum every morning. Are there any specific products people recommend and/or things I should take out/add to my routine. I am also thinking about taking GHK-Cu if anyone has any experience with that.
Second is bulking. As mentioned above, I have had a hard time bulking and am thinking about taking a GH peptide/secretagogue. I have looked at and compared most of them and feel like MK would work best for me, especially as a beginner. I am also interested because of the skin benefits and sleep. I am open to any suggestions on this though.
Finally, Nootropics. I am currently a college student and I am looking at different things I can take to brainmaxx. I am considering things like Dihexa as well as Selank/Semax. Any other nootropics that work well?
