Won’t you just feel like you are living in someone’s body that isn’t yours? I don’t mean cosmetics but I mean actual surgery, how would you get used to it?

Nobody cares about living in someone else's body.
But yes, the physical effect is hard. It takes months to get used to.
Especially with implants.
