I wanted to post a guide but I felt too lazy,I was looking up Mount Everest knowing I need to climb it but Mandy chose to walk up a hill.

When it comes to braces, people say “don’t get braces they make you recessed” and all that bullshit when it really depends on what situation you’re in. In order to see if braces will make you recessed you have to see exactly what kind of dental problem you have. The only time you have a chance of staying recessed or becoming recessed is if you get braces for dental overcrowding not matter the severity. In most cases an orthodontist will look at your crowding and not even a second layer he’ll give you 2 options, get a palate expander and braces after or get a few teeth pulled out in order for space to be created. Usually kids or teenagers get braces and their parents chose to pull the teeth option because it’s cheaper and that’s what makes people recessed after braces. But if you have a wisdom teeth erupting and you need to pull it out but you think it’ll make your gonions smaller then you should pull them out because the opposite of that, bone malabsorption happens and you loose bonemass in your gonions overtime if your wisdom teeth dosen’t fit well in your mouth.
