Okay so just like anyone says to get more potassium in my body but how to lower sodium like what's the worst thing that I need to watch out for and what can help me debloat fast does gym help or no, cause rn I think if I debloated and cleared my skin which is a big problem I would jump in ratings 1 level atleast

bro if i'm being real with you, bloating is probs not your issue probably facial fat unless your already skinny

I think ye cause I when I sit I become sort of Michelin man yk and I still got stretch marks from when I was more fat than now

get lean first then worry about debloating after
 
I mean does reduction give you anything cause I lost 10 kg but I still think I need to lose even more

Do not ever buy any scam product from any scam guru like K. Shami or the Zygo Tape guy. You can almost always find something much cheaper/costs nothing that works much better.
