quickest shortcut to muscles

I find zero enjoyment in working out, it just feels so tedious and time consuming. Are there any shortcuts to getting muscles? It can honestly be anything, i’ll do, find, or buy it. Or if not, what’s the quickest way to getting muscles without spending ages working out?
 
if you wanna stay natty then be on ur diet and take your recommended protein daily, also science based lifting, or js blast tren(not safe you'll live to 50-70 if youre SUPER lucky)

edit: creatine helps like crazy too
He can do 3 full body workouts per week, he don't even need to work legs as hard since it's the least interesting muscle to work for looksmaxxing and the female gaze, using only exercises with a biiig stretch close to failure

3 full bodies is not rly good, personally i think 3-4 pull - push - leg - cardio is the most efficent option since you also give your muscles time to rest

As i said i'm not a believer in working out legs that hard, especially if you do it to look good for women

That's why i prefer full body
 
If u dont like working out then u shouldnt want muscles

If you want to stay natural then yea it’s just gonna take year+ or so depending on genetics you can go like 4 days a week if you really don’t enjoy it but only “shortcut” is steroids
