You can if he posts only useful threads/comments and do not promote products/services here.
But if he's a serious surgeon he prob have zero time to spend here

I heard the work he does is controversial anyways, so we would probably pay people with more traditional services. Though we don't do that currently and I doubt we would in the future. Normally you pay people to make blog posts or articles, rarely forum posts.
