these are only ones ive act treid btw

1-oxycodone/hydrocodone/codeine(yeah i know its a opioid its what its supposed to do but man the pain relief of it is so good, nothing comes clse to these pills man, nothing i swr, in my country docs easily prescribe tehse pills if u have like a minor bone injury but i remember when i had like a full on surgery these came in clutch srs)
2.ibuprofen (kinda numbs me a little, only at like borderline liver damage doses tho which sucks)
3.paracetomol(same as ibuprofen but barely kills pain for me, only somewhat works at liver killing doses which sucks idk why docs prescribe paracetomol still, it doesnt wokrk for me man)

Paracetamol is extremely tolerable, hence why it's prescribed very commonly

It is more ideal to just man up than to take a non selective cox inhibitor in like 9/10 times
