Rate breakfast

Eggs, high nutrients in the yolk so an excellent choice so we start you out at an 8/10, (10/10 would be meat), and it’s cooked so we have to take one point off so you get a 7/10 or HTN meal
 
Perfect breakfast imo would be raw meat/raw eggs, and small amount of raw liver, and raw milk straight from a goat / cow on top of the Swiss Alps
 
Any reputable sources online or do I have to contact local farms?
Contact local farmers and farmers markets. I suggest talking to them personally as well so you can gauge if they can be trusted. Ask about how the animals are treated and things of that such
