It's so minimal that it's almost not worth mentioning, but his philtrum to chin height ratio is slightly out of the ideal range, his brows could be flatter, and his canthal tilt could be higher.

i actually never understood the ogre claims for hexum, his proportions/ratios aren't ogre at all

his lips and philtrum are somewhat apeish but besides that i don't see how anyone could call him an ogre, high bonemass = ogre? i don't get it

you can't really make that claim as a straight male, plus any face above the 7 mark alone is a 10/10 to a female regardless if anyone is better looking, any face above chadlite becomes mostly subjective opinion especially to females
