I feel like I’m doing ok so far just my skin mostly my forehead and gain a little more weight really
But please I’m open to suggestions

Mirin have you tried cutting out sugar? I'd also recommend hylauronic acid and vollufiline for the lips. You might wanna train neck but it also already looks decent

Me personally have jewfro, because i have curly hair but not that curly, but i can't tell you by looking at your hair looks a little bit dry.
Is s there any way that you can moisturize the dreads so that they can look more full and less weak? apart from the obvious acne issue this seems to be one area of improvement...

If it helps to me what worked was conditioner called tresemme as well to more fully define my curls, and i don't know how to brush your hair but also prevent oil buildup on your scalp and grease so that you don't bald.

That i do recommend to go to a dermatologist as you have, or appear to have cystic acne, and some scarring from the aforementioned cystic acne, so get something checked for that you seem to be employed so save up for that.

And just pointing it out, because in my country you would be dead, happy pride month!!!
