lltn-mltn, grow hair by any means necessary to minimize forehead, gymmaxx (physique could be a strong point), fix itachi lines (tear trough show, maybe get filler or implants or smt), get jaw angle implants (very narrow jaw rn), idk, get something for jaw.

main flaws are structural, which is brutal. (narrow jaw, low fWHR, seemingly recessed infras, big nose, prominent forehead.)

with softmaxxing you can kinda hide that stuff, but minimally. hardmaxxing is ur best bet.

I would say i have couple years left in me my heart is shot, my liver is shot im letting it go and will refuse a transplant. Im well known for letting it purposefully go letting my liver fail. I have no teeth left either that mighy teel you what Im addicted too. Psychiatric drugs fucked me up from childhood and chemotherapy did too from childhood cancer I ounce had at 14, I almost died of malnutrition after I was done. I had a tough life health wise.

I almost died from malnutrition from chemotherapy thats why facial structure is fucked, that was worse than the chemo, im still malnourished from those years.
