I know i have to grow out my hair and I need help fixing my asymmetric jaw any help? (Brutally Honest opinion please)

You are still young don't worry about ratings, your puberty is not done yet. Mewing and sleeping your back can fix your asymmetry. Train your neck and change haircut. You need to see what face shape you have, then search haircut that suits you or ask your barber for suggestions. Use lipstick or vaseline for your lips and don't lick them. Drink at least 2l of water everyday and eat healthy food. That's it after few months or so come here with some updates.
