Mtb. You don’t need rhino. Why are you thinking of getting a lip lift? I’m curious. You shouldn’t do the other surgeries first if you’re serious about them. Bimax first, everything else later.

that’s what im gonna do, bimax is my top priority. Tell me what else i should get then if not rhino and lip lift

get the bimax first and see if your chin : philtrum ratio improves, first. Lip lifts are very hard to get right and they aren't really meant for improving the male gaze if that's what ur going for. If ur going to mess with your lips make sure you go for the absolute best.
