Most benefits are going to be psychological. You might have a slight testosterone increase and more energy, but it’s not going to turn you into a testosterone-fueled Demi-god.
I think the nofap crowd advocates for developing an overall healthy lifestyle while doing nofap. No fap + weight lifting + correct nutrition + good sleep habits + general physical activity = good potential to achieve a much better hormonal profile.
