I've only ever mewwed and shaved my eyebrows to make them a bit more positively tilted.

Cover up ur forehead (I'm assuming u do but just in case), kojic acid and caffiene for dark circles,lash serum, hydrocortisone for nose width, basic skincare and lose weight

I don't think he'd look THAT bad with his hair down that's why I rated lmtn + his bones aren't horrible

Don’t recommend hydrocortisone. Not permanent, properly waiting 3 weeks minimum just to use it again after using for a while, potentially getting eczema/TSW if you use it often, not that we care about caution on here. For nose try retinol, vitamin A, niacinamide. If you can obtain maybe even accutane, but then again, it’s also dangerous, just more permanent.
