My Looksmaxxing Journey
I’m new to this forum, but not new to looksmaxxing. I’ve been studying it for about 1–2 years now. However, it was only a few months ago that I discovered this forum and decided to finally post something here.Although I haven’t followed a strict protocol long enough to see significant results, I still feel like my looks have improved—maybe due to puberty, I’m not sure.
That being said, I’ve now decided to follow a proper looksmaxxing protocol for the next few months.
Looksmaxxing Protocol
1. General Lifestyle
- Follow a structured diet plan
- Maintain good sleep, grooming, and skincare habits
- Prioritize posture and overall health
2. Exercises

3. Fraudmaxxing
- Eyes: slight squinch 24/7, brow stretching, eyelash curler
- Height: shoe lifts, posture maxxing
- Skin: BB cream, under-eye concealer, makeup
- Appeal: muscle growth for wider shoulder appearance, stylemaxxing, accessories

- Age: 16 (still completing puberty)
- Height: 5’5
