My Looksmaxxing Journey​

I’m new to this forum, but not new to looksmaxxing. I’ve been studying it for about 1–2 years now. However, it was only a few months ago that I discovered this forum and decided to finally post something here.
Although I haven’t followed a strict protocol long enough to see significant results, I still feel like my looks have improved—maybe due to puberty, I’m not sure.
That being said, I’ve now decided to follow a proper looksmaxxing protocol for the next few months.

Looksmaxxing Protocol​

1. General Lifestyle​

  • Follow a structured diet plan
  • Maintain good sleep, grooming, and skincare habits
  • Prioritize posture and overall health

2. Exercises​

heightmaxxingReps / Sets
Jump Squats3×12
Incline Push-Ups (on bed/table)3×12
Wall Sits3×45 sec
Plank + Side Plank ComboFront: 30 sec / Side: 20 sec each
Cobra Stretch Hold3×30 sec
Downward Dog → Child’s Pose (flow)3× slow reps
Standing Toe Touch → Sky Reach3×10
Hip Bridges3×15
Facemaxxing:
  • Chin tucks
  • Eye pulling
  • Practicing squinching
  • Height-maxxing stretches

3. Fraudmaxxing​

  • Eyes: slight squinch 24/7, brow stretching, eyelash curler
  • Height: shoe lifts, posture maxxing
  • Skin: BB cream, under-eye concealer, makeup
  • Appeal: muscle growth for wider shoulder appearance, stylemaxxing, accessories

Current Stats​

  • Age: 16 (still completing puberty)
  • Height: 5’5
  • Goal Height: 5’8–5’9
  • Current PSL: 4/10
  • Goal PSL: 6.5/10
  • Current SMV: 4/10
  • Goal SMV: 7/10

Future Goals​

  • Grow a beard
  • Get Botox
  • Potential bimax procedures
I want suggestions on what i can improve or should exclude from my current plan

Do you think you can really achieve 4 inches of growth? It's my goal too, I want to be atleast 5'11. I don't really think these height excersizes you listed work.

yeah there's always someone worse but i live in chang land here avg is 5'5. I hope to at least grow 5'7. And yeah i do know most these exercises are cope but i am doing them anyways

don’t beat urself up about it, u said the avg where u live is 5’5 so it’s not over. just cut the cope out of the routine (eye pulling and height maxxing, chin tucks are fine) and fix it up some more. get yourself a job because shit gets expensive quick

dw mate i have made my peace with being a manlet this shit doesn't bother me much, and yeah i will excluding eye pulling shit idk why i thought it might work. As far as the job is concerned i can't get one cuz i am 16
